Frequently Asked Questions

Which programme should I pick?

The first question should be do I want it to be tailored or generic, tailored meaning the fitness plan is created based on your goals, your level, your equipment, any restrictions etc and generic meaning a programme designed to facilitate a wider audience.

Are the tailored programmes designed specifically for me?

Our tailored programmes are designed specially for you, a consultation call is programmed in once you have decided on which tailored plan you would like and we speak through everything from past training, what equipment you have access to, how many days you want to train, your goals, medical conditions, metal health issues etc.  

Once this appointment has finished I then create the programme based on the information obtained.  

Whats included in the generic programmes?

Our generic plans include everything you need to help achieve your goals.  You will get with the plan the following:

  • 12 Weeks PDF Plan (4/5 or 6 Days Training per Week)

  • Demonstration Videos

  • Calendar Planner

  • Body Measurement Chart

How long are the programmes for?

Our tailored and generic programmes are generally all for a period of 12 weeks, the at home programmes either follow a 2 block split (Beginner or Intermediate) meaning after 6 weeks, the key compound exercises stay the same and the isolation exercise change or a single block split (Advanced) meaning weeks 1-12 will be double progression  where, as the weeks go on you will increase in reps until you reach maximum reps then increase weight and reduce reps.  This continues throughout the programme to help stimulate muscle growth, strength and definition. Both are ideal and work well.

Tailored plans can work the same as above or within a 2 block split, this was the key compound moves stay the same but isolation exercises can change to help stimulate body.

How many food options a week do I get for the nutrition options?

All tailored plans that include the nutrition options will receive a total of 4 option menus.  Meaning that you will receive 4 menus that include breakfast/post or pre work out, Lunch, Snack, Dinner and Dessert. There is no set requirement on how each menu is eaten, changed every day, eaten for a week and then onto a different menu etc.

The meals are broken down into separate ingredients into grams (g) to help weigh out exact the required quantity. 

How do the nutrition plans work?

The tailored nutrition plans are specifically designed for you, the foods you eat, the treats you love to have and very flavoursome foods unlike most out there.

These are based on a macro split of carbs, proteins and fats.  Each plan works out your full body requirements, Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE), Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR), Cutting Calories & macro percentage split.
